YOUR OPPORTUNITY
DCCP | Deutsche Credit Capital Partners is a Germany-headquartered, bank-independent European private debt platform focused on mid-market transactions. We complement traditional bank financing with flexible alternative credit solutions backed by institutional capital. As an intern in our Frankfurt office, you will join an entrepreneurial investment team and gain hands-on exposure to direct lending, leveraged and structured finance, capital markets, asset management and private equity-related transactions. Working closely with experienced colleagues from corporate and investment banking and asset management, you will contribute directly to financing transactions for corporate and private equity clients across Germany, the DACH region and wider Europe.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the analysis and execution of financing transactions for corporate and private equity clients, including primary and secondary opportunities.
• Conduct company, market and transaction research and support commercial and financial due diligence.
• Assist with LBO and cash flow-based lending models and the preparation of concise credit and investment materials.
• Contribute to the further development and implementation of projects across the platform.
• Support investor relations, roadshows and fundraising meetings.
• Conduct market research on institutional investors, capital market partners and target companies.
• Support the ongoing management and monitoring of existing lending exposures.
