Your tasks
- Support Compensation & Benefits tasks and look for opportunities to optimize and automate processes and tools.
- Apply data analysis and run C&B analytics including visualization
- Complete job evaluations, salary increases, salary benchmarks, by collecting internal and external data as needed
Anforderungen
Your profile
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in business administration, IT, Finance, or a comparable course of study with a focus on data analytics (matriculation required)
- Microsoft Excel (Macros, VBA/Power Query) Advanced (Indispensable)
- PowerBI Intermediate (Desired)
- Compensation & Benefits Basic (Desired)
- Good knowledge of English and German would be an advantage
- Team Player, very good analytical, organizational and communication skills, reliable, ability to manage sensitive confidential data
